Can I choose my doctor?
Not at this time. In order to provide quick /efficient service, when a consultation is requested, it will go into a queue.The first available physician with that state license will accept and process the consultation.
Do you provide telemedicine in every state?
Yes . Telemedicine services are provided in every state. (Arkansas law as of 9-1-2017 requires initial consultation be in video and all subsequent consults can be performed via phone.)
Do you provide consults outside the United States?
No, consults are not available outside the United States.
Do you provide access to a doctor 24/7?
Yes, we provide access to a doctor 24/7/365 days a year.
Do you provide video consultations in every state?
Our system is HIPPA compliant and regulated by state. We provide video in those states that allow video consultations. (Arkansas law as of 9-1-2017 requires initial consultation be in video and all subsequent consults can be performed via phone.) Delaware and Idaho
